​A rural town experiences disturbing events when outsiders are detected down by the river.  Amidst rumors of a possible serial killer, a woman reports her husband missing to the Sheriff.  At the same time, people in the community experience disturbing events down by the river.  Outsiders who’ve taken up residency on the riverbanks have come under suspicion.  Is the mystery deeper than the river?
